Andrew Jaworski is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted in Australia, England, and Wales, with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law across the pharma, health, and med-tech sectors. His international practice spans the UK, Asia-Pacific, and ASEAN, and has been shaped by senior roles in global multinationals, top-tier law firms, and advisory consultancies. Andrew brings deep expertise in cross-border transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial contracting. He is also an experienced adviser and non-executive director, serving on boards across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
